Christmas Past

Well Christmas is over. We had a wonderful time and hopefully so did all the kids. We picked Cheyenne up in CO last week and had a real fun week. We went to see Santa with Gabbi and Charlee and then made cookies for Santa with Mr Tony. Santa managed to find Cheyenne although she was quite disgusted that Santa used the same wrapping paper as I did to wrap gifts. She thought he should have found something besides EXACTLY what I used HA. She was also amazed that the Tooth Fairy found her this week. Traci had convinced her that the Tooth Fairy NEVER finds you at Dad's house but Traci was wrong, she did come and she left a whole dollar!!

We picked up Traci and Alecia yesterday in Co when we took Cheyenne home. We spent the evening partying at Aunt Julie's. Alecia and I were big party poopers. I had an excuse, I have to sing in two weeks and couldn't chance all the cigarette smoke, I don't know what party pooper Alecia's excuse was. Maybe she just loves me so much she could not bear to leave me!!!! We got to see Baby Bailey, Aaron and Becca's baby, what a sweetheart. She felt so light after our big chunk babies. Cliff and I laughed when we held her cause it wasn't like lugging around our fat butt babies.
We drove home this morning and the roads were clear all the way. We were really lucky. Even with the bad storm just blowing through, the roads were clear and dry both trips. We took the Durango both times in case we needed the 4 wheel drive but it wasn't necessary. Can't believe that poor car is still running. It now has 250,000 miles on it and it runs like a top. Amazing. Cliff drove it 90 miles and hours over and back and it didn't miss a beat. Sweet. Side note: It was so damn cold over there I about died. It really made me remember how much I hate the cold. I hope I never have to live where it's cold again. Please Please Please don't make me
