Wanted to get these pictures posted of our trip to the Stanley Hotel in Estes Park, Co. It is the inspiration for the Stephen King book "The Shinning". Traci has wanted to go for a long time so we went and took the Ghost tour. It was really fun and we got to see room 217 where Stephen King stayed and had the dream that inspired the book. If you read this blog you know what big ghost hunters we are, so this is the latest in our hunt for ghosties.
Yhe hotel was really beautiful. I love old buildings
The tunnel. We were glad that this was included on the tour because we saw it on Ghost Hunters and the kids were excited to explore it.
The newly engaged couple. Traci was bummed because her engagement ring was getting sized and she didnt have it for the trip. Ah, young love
Traci and I on the sofa where women are suppose to have ghostly experiences. Cliff had us sit there so we could see if the ghosts touched us HA
