Happy May Day

I thought I better get with it and catch up on blogging. I spent 5 days in Idaho visiting Mom and really enjoyed my visit. Got to see lots of the family and that was nice. I flew up on a Wednesday and then back on Sunday a week ago. Cliff went to Laughlin to the River Run that weekend and then picked me up at the airport on Sunday. We both enjoyed it but were glad to get home. AS for me I really missed him a lot and I think he missed me too since he called about every two hours. We don't do too well apart for long.

Cliff has been working hard on the room addition and is just starting to texture the sheet-rock. He will probably be done today and we will be ready to paint. I have been staining the doors and they look really good. I will be really glad when it's done; I am sick of the dust and mess. Plus we have furniture wall to wall in the rest of the house and I am ready to get it all organized.

I started Radiation this week and so far, all is going well. It only takes about 15 minutes and I go every week day. I have noticed that it makes my arm stiff and I kind of feel like all the tissue is shrinking in the radiated area. That's a little annoying but nothing like chemo so I am not complaining. So far so good. I just keep my fingers crossed that my scans come back clean when they do them. I don't know when that will be but I hope soon as it's nerve racking wondering if they are clear or not.

I am going to Vegas today with Charlee Ann. She has to go to her parenting class for her divorce and didn't want to go by herself, so I am going with her. Teddi is going to California with Oli and Danny to someones wedding. It is a pretty day , not too warm the high is suppose to be about 74 low for this time of year. It's been a really wet and cool spring. The desert is really green and pretty but I bet that doesn't last too long!!
